Our framework helps organizations build vibrant communities that reflect the most profound teachings of Christ. It's not just about filling seats, it's about fostering a place of true community—where everyone, from the new face to the seasoned one, truly belongs.

    Our Stranger to Neighbor Ministry® events are more than one-off seminars; they are designed to reimagine the very fabric of your organization. Starting with leadership and spreading through the church, we help ministry teams take practical steps to make empathy a community that truly sees and treasures each individual.

    Our trainings are impactful gospel-centered conversations that integrate principles of vibrant community, belonging, and empathetic relationships within the context of Christian theology. It's tailored for seminaries, church leadership, and laity, and even Christian businesses seeking to cultivate a more inclusive environment rooted in gospel values.

  • Stranger to Neighbor Ministry is a Live Online 3-Day training. All sessions are high-energy, well-received, and facilitated by Rev. Dr. Daynette Snead Perez. Our right-fit client are pastors leading ministry teams, denominational conferences, and faith-centered organizations..

    Following the live online event, your cohort of leaders can receive monthly online group coaching sessions for up to 12 months. These sessions are highly recommended and significantly increase the likelihood of cohort participation in mission and ministry.

  • Our 2026 course model is fully live online allowing participants to engage from anywhere in the world.

    We have great success with church, denominational, conference, and business groups.

    We serve by providing more awareness, knowledge, and skills to move your organization from surviving to thriving.

  • Our sessions are comprehensive, with foundational modules that bring all participants to a shared level of understanding before progressing to more advanced concepts.

  • Stranger to Neighbor Ministry® is rooted in the gospel and ministry of Jesus Christ. Biblical principles apply to contemporary challenges and opportunities, encouraging participants to shape their practice of vibrant community and belonging around the transformative power of the gospel.

  • Live online participants can continue their journey with access to support options, including the Stranger to Neighbor Ministry® community and email support for technical or program-related inquiries. Highly recommended, this is not required.

  • Yes! Upon request and successful completion of the course, participants may receive a certificate that acknowledges their commitment and participation in Stranger to Neighbor Ministry®.

  • Stranger to Neighbor Ministry® Live Online is specifically for individual pastors starting June 1, 2026, for the July 9, 10, 11, 2026 Cohort.
